Mint Privacy Policy

Mint · Last updated July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mint (the "App") handles information when you use our fabric-scanning service. Mint is designed to work without an account and to keep your data on your device.

Summary

Information Stored On Your Device

Deleting the App deletes this locally stored data.

Mint Pro Subscription Data

Mint offers an optional subscription, Mint Pro. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details.

To operate the subscription experience, our subscription infrastructure provider (Superwall) receives limited technical data from the App, such as a device identifier, app version, subscription status, and paywall interaction events. This data is used to present the paywall, unlock Mint Pro after purchase, and measure that the subscription flow works correctly. It is not used to identify you personally.

What We Do Not Do

Data Retention

Your scans, closet, and history remain on your device until you delete them or delete the App. Subscription-related technical data is retained by our service providers in accordance with their standard retention schedules.

Children's Privacy

Mint is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Changes To This Policy

If we change how Mint handles data — for example, by adding accounts or cloud sync in a future update — we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before those changes take effect.
